PowerBeats Pro 2 Review: Still Better than AirPods!

PowerBeats Pro 2 are here. They’re better than AirPods Pro, and easily some of the best ANC earbuds you can get to work out.

  1. The first Powerbeats pro are complete garbage. My right powerbeat turns off at 98% and the left one keeps going. Apparently that’s a common problem with these pieces of crap. I already did a factory reset and they still do the same thing. But what’s really weird is that whenever I connect them to an android phone the right powerbeat works.

  2. i love my power beats but the left side dies so easily and it’s annoying cause when i put it in the charger it’s not dead

  3. I’m using this power beats for almost 4 years . They are great, but the case is so slippery and fall a lot from their head to silicon type of cover.

  4. Used Powerbeats from release til now but just switched over to AirPods Pro 2 because of convenience for me. Biggest influence was the fact that I couldn’t talk to “Siri” with the Powerbeats. If that feature is available on the Pro 2 I’d gladly switch back

  5. The “would I fly with these” question is so out of touch. I would wager the VAST majority of his audience doesn’t fly regularly enough for this to even matter in a purchasing decision

  6. again hyping up apple products, battery not that impressive , the alternatives are way better , the only thing that might count is the heart beat sensor but again just there to justify the unjustified price
i just wanna know how much you or your company invested in Apple, because it def makes you biased

  7. My earbuds tend to die within a year, or I lose them or something, so I prefer a lot cheaper.
Also, rubber plugs are a big no-no if you run outdoors like me.
Guess I’ll stay with my Oppo Enco Air3 that are really good for the price, a great recommendation by Scarbir.

    But it’s interesting.

  8. In-ear headphones has cause me so much ear infection over the past year, that i completely switched over to over-ear headphones.

  9. I’m more excited by the pressure this puts on Apple than the product itself. Hopefully this will force them to innovate

  10. It is so amazing there are so many options based on individual needs and preferences. It is nice for people to have what is not only convenient for their needs, but also something that makes them happy.

  11. Best selling? impossible! 550mil AirPods sold worldwide. You never see anyone use powerbeats anymore. AirPods, every single person has a set.

  12. AirPods Pro are trash . I am on my second pair due to apple replacement. Poor sound and fit. I may have to get these.

  13. AirPods never agreed with my ear shape so the beats have been my go to for years especially when I play basketball. I’ve got the little wing tip ones for daily use and the pros for more fast paced activities

  14. Dude, that heart rate sensor feature is awesome! Do other headphones have this? (I’ve been out of the loop with the headphone market.) I’d use it all the time for my Zone 2 cardio sessions and tracking my heart rate between sets to optimize recovery. It’s such a hassle dealing with faulty treadmills that either show inaccurate BPM, take forever to register, or require me to hold onto those metal sensors for 20–30 seconds.

Where does the heart rate data show up? On your phone when you swipe down or a dedicated Beats app? Either way, I need this fr

  15. Hi , forgive the question if not related to the video but I notice that you also use the Iphone without cover . I have a 16 pro and used until recently the phone completely naked with only a screen protector film ; later I bought a slide to protect the cameras but after a fall from 30 cm on a table , this slide broke . The question is : if it happens to me without protection , are the cameras so fragile ? Thanks

  16. I’ve had my Powerbeats for 5 Years, got them with my 11 Pro. The best combination in my opinion. Just bought the Iphone 16 now thinking to upgrade, but these powerbeats are so darn good!

  17. I need to know if the charging contact points between the buds and the case are improved and aren’t as finicky as the original.

  18. Marques really shows his lack of tech knowledge. Great at talking, but doesn’t do any research. AirPods Pro are the most popular headphones in the world. Ask the Garter, FutureSource or Forrester. Don’t just use your baseless opinion.

  19. So my question is, do these have on-board memory/storage to save all your fitness data? Say you’re out running & your phone dies. Will they save all that data until your phone comes back on?

  20. I hope they don’t have the same charging issue as the last one. Too many times I would go to run and one ear was dead. Also loads of issues connecting to apple watch.

  21. I have the beats fit pro and it’s awesome. Also has at home Beat Studio Pro , Aripods 4 and Sony Pulse . The Beats Fit pro are very very good

  22. What do they mean “samples The world 200 times per second" Any digital microphone would realistically sample at 48 kHz, If they sampled only at 200 hertz, wouldn’t that mean they could cancel a maximum frequency of 100 Hz? I feel like that 200 times per second number has to mean something else that Apple isn’t communicating well. Even if they mean process at 200 times per second, that would be very slow for adaptive filtering for audio…

  23. Do they sit better in the case for charging? Cause in the older pair you’d really have to double check that you placed them properly or one or both wouldn’t get charged, if that’s not an issue anymore I’d buy these instantly.

  24. Bruh, those things are so ugly. I don’t care if they are unbelievable… The moment i have to wrap something around my ear… not interested.

  25. OMG, I can’t put that case in my pocket 😂 After many years, I found my daily headphones. It’s the Bose open earbuds ultra, the most comfortable good sound quality open earphone. You will never get wrong with Bose being the most comfortable headsets and best sound quality. Beats hurt my ears however I wear them, Airpod annoys me for keeps falling, the rest are the same. With Bose Open earbuds I can wear it whole day and even forget I am wearing it 😅

  26. I had a pair of beats for 2 years, no issues….until there was an issue. I bought a new pair and they just won’t charge. They don’t connect with the base well. Sent for repair, been talking to tech support. Just crap. Very disappointing and no way to return them. I have no idea what changed. I-love the fit and the quality if they would fricken charge reliably. Have they fixed the charging issues?

  27. I own the old version of the beats. They’re nice, but some drawbacks. The right eat battery on full charge dies much quicker than the left ear, and sometimes it doesn’t charge correctly putting the earbuds in the charging case. I’m pretty sure the new one will be the same after about a year of owning it. Nothing is built to last, and for $250 I want it to work flawlessly for at least 2-4 years…
